Brightness Panner

1. Add Brightness Panner to the Effects section of your Master channel or any Insert channel and set the plugin to MIDI mode

2. Open the plug-in Settings Menu (gear icon) in the upper left hand corner of the Brightness Panner plug-in window

3. In the MIDI box, choose any MIDI port that is not assigned to another device in FL Studio

4. Now go to the menu Add and select MIDI Out

5. Open the Channel Settings for the MIDI Out you just created and assign its Output port to the same one you've chosen for Brightness Panner

6. Now add a new channel in the rack and select Layer

7. Open Layer window, select both (shift+click) the MIDI Out channel and the channel of the Instrument you want to control, and click on "Set children"

8. Then select Layer on Channel rack and you can now trigger both the instrument and the Brightness Panner. Enjoy!
